This city is home to many of the earliest grandest monuments of Sri Lanka. A popular destination for Sinhalese Buddhist pilgrimage because of its many ancient Buddhist monuments.
Anuradhapura has been made the royal capital by king Pandukabhaya in 380 BC. Feel Sri Lanka 7 day tour overed a wide range of places, including ancient sites, incredible cave paintings, tea plantations, and beaches, but the highlight for me was a safari into Minneriya National Park, where we spotted 200 elephants. The weather was a little damp, but we managed to complete the entire schedule except for the first day of the walk, which was largely uphill and had a lot of stairs, rather than being reasonably flat as the programme stated.

Sri Lanka is going through a tough time with the scarcity of essential items. However, Seerendipity has done a fantastic job and organized a tip top trip. Everything from hotels to vehicles, sightseeing tours and guide very well chosen. The prices are very good and most affordable compared to other prices of tour operators.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 days Srilanka trip. The itinerary offered a perfect blend of Sri Lankan culture, nature wildlife and lifestyle of Srilanka people. We explored the cultural hot spots of Srilanka and cities like Sigiriya, Kandy, Colombo, and charming heritage city of Galle. Highlights of the trip included being awed by the beauty of the Dambulla rock temple, wildlife safari, whale watching trip, learning about Sri Lankan cuisine. Our personal driver/guide Malan was fantastic and we are very thankful for his great service. All members of our family thoroughly enjoyed the trip and we had a unique and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this trip!

Therefore, we decided to travel to SriLanka and this is our first visit to SriLanka and we come again. Sri Lanka is such a beautiful warm country, we never expected such as fabulous trip. Our first trip after the beginning of Covid-19 pandemic and it was fantastic. We were little bit hesitant about the safety during the tour. However, our tour was very well organized and we felt very safe with all arrangement in Sri Lanka. The hotels were strictly adhering to safety guidelines and the chances of exposing to virus was very meagre. Tour was very well organized so that we were able to visit the tourist places without any hindrance (there were different time slots for foreign and local travellers). Good hotels with very clean rooms, tasty food, nice vehicle. Our guide was very god and gave us lot of information about the island and its history.

Sri Lanka for Americans from Chicago is distant so we receive limited marketing. The island is like Hawaii 40 years ago and with elephants. I was sincerely amazed at the geography, people and food. Engage Sri Lanka on Holiday and get out into the rural areas and tea plantations. As an avid traveler my expectations were more than fulfilled.
Waleed fartas– :
A fantastic srilanka trip that shows you so much of the area and doesn’t shy away from things, there is the splendor of the Sigiriay rock but also the social difficulties faced by the country now
Meloesa rian– :
Instead of the lazy holiday, book and sit in a Hotel for a week or more, get out and see the whole Country, and get 1o1 interaction with the People, the Culture, and most importantly the Food. The trip is good and very interesting. Good price, service, hotels and vehicle, however, lot of travelling.

Feel Sri Lanka offers a wonderful opportunity to discover the many historic and geographic treasures of Sri Lanka. The region is an amazing mix of cultures and traditions that represent the great variety and complexity of the island. with only 7 days, this voyage will take you from the busy fishing village of Negombo and the wider avenues of Colombo and on to ancient monuments in the cultural triangle built by ancient kings. Our guide Yohan was fantastic and gave us information at anytime we required it.

We have just returned from Srilanka after a memorable trip, “feel Sri lanka” ( Departure: 02.02.2020). Our expectation was to discover and enjoy some of the history, culture, nature and wildlife within a short period of time. The trip was included with lots of local colour of Srilanka cultural sites and we were not let down at all….
David James– :
Fantastic trip of Sri Lanka

Feel Sri Lanka trip will give you a wonderful insight into Sri Lanka. We loved visitng ancient temples, palaces, garden and stupas. Sri Lanka countryside very clean and full of green. at teh beginning the trip was packed with ancient monuments allowing us to , admiring beautiful architecture and learning more about sri lanka’s fascinating history, culture and it’s people. Everything was organised to perfection so that we could see things that you couldn’t easily organise independently. Excellent trip and highly recomedable.
Jonathan– :
We just wanted to get a ‘taste’ of Sri Lanka, but after the feel Sri Lanka trip, I want to explore and see more about this amazing tropical island. I haven’t seen anything like it anywhere else. The trip was organized perfectly. Thank you.
Cristina legard– :
Gayan was an excellent guide. If you get him as your leader, you are guaranteed a wonderful experience. Local trip organizer was excellent, Everything is so organised and of a wonderful standard. I would highly recommend them.
JEFF– :
The trip includes a train journey along the coast, it was good but nothing much special about it. It could have been great I was informed that hill country train trip is the most popular Sri Lanka train journey and most beautiful, unfortunately we missed it.
Ellen– :
I absolutely plan on writing a review of this trip, but think it is only fair to first give you the opportunity to right my complaints and issues with the trip. I noticed the trip is now about $200 USD cheaper even though December and January are getting into high season. . . This seems a far more fair price to pay for the experience and I ask that I be refunded this amount.
Lisa– :
Sri Lanka is an amazing country with great culture, fascinating wildlife, nature and brilliant beaches. Prabarth as our personal guide did a great job and we anjoyed the trip a lot. Felt safe and well looked after at all times. Temples, tea plantations, treks and tasty, tasty food that you won’t forget in a hurry.

Qinqua Lin– :
High recommend this trip. Everything about it was amazing. It is the perfect trip to see the highlights of Sri Lanka!
Udioma mendosa– :
Feel Sri Lanka covered a diverse section of the country, from ancient ruins, amazing cave paintings, tea plantations, beach, but the highlight for me was doing a safari into Minneriya National Park, where we saw 200 elephants. The weather in December was a bit wet but we managed to cover all of the itinerary bar the first day of the hike which was mostly uphill & lots of steps, not relatively flat like the itinerary said.
Jina wolpert– :
Amazing Sri Lanka trip with good hotels, food, and very informative guide. Our guise Kusum went above and beyond the call of duty, organizing things for us to do even on his day off. You will not be disappointed. Amazing.

Incredible Sri Lanak trip wide range of activites and places. We had the most amazing adventure with Seerendipity and would like to personally thank our private driver/guide Kelum who guided around Sri Lanka for 7 days. It was our first time in Sri Lanka and we would not have had the same Sri Lanka experience if it wasn’t for Kelum and the brilliant tour organised by Seerendipity. The optional whale watching trip was very special and the crew of the whale watching boat was excellent – They ensured we had an excellent whale watching trip and it is something we will never forget. We have many happy memories of meeting the wonderful people in Sri Lanka we visited, especially the beautiful, happy smiling children.
